Your project, made clearer

What would it take to paint your space?

Choose your scope and see a preliminary budget with separate allowances for surfaces and preparation. Final pricing follows a review of scope and conditions.

1. Tell us about the space
2. Set the scope

For multiple rooms, these dimensions describe each room as a rough planning assumption. Exterior area means the actual surface to paint, not your home's floor area.

Your next step

Get an estimate—or keep a small job simple.

Painting estimate

For exterior projects, multiple rooms, trim and ceiling packages, or repairs. Confirm the scope with Beeline before committing.

Small interior painting job

A single room, walls only, an 8-foot ceiling, sound surfaces, and straightforward access is a candidate. Final eligibility depends on the approved package and service area.

Booking is complete only when the calendar provides confirmation. An estimate appointment and a painting work appointment are different services.

A few quick answers.

Is the calculator a final quote?

No. It provides a preliminary planning range based on the project details you enter. Actual conditions, scope, products, and access need confirmation before a final quote.

Can I book the actual work online?

The small-job path is intended for qualifying, clearly defined interior work. Larger projects and repair work need an estimate first. Live booking will be enabled once the approved package and HighLevel calendar are connected.

What should my painting estimate include?

Rooms, surfaces, preparation, paint products and finishes, protection, cleanup, exclusions, schedule, and payment terms.

A useful guide before you hire

Why two painting quotes can look so different.

01. The actual surfaces

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and exterior siding each add different work. Ask which surfaces are included.

02. What happens before paint

Protection, cleaning, sanding, repairs, caulking, and priming affect the work involved. Have them written into the scope.

03. The finish and coverage

Paint product, sheen, color change, and substrate condition affect the application plan. Confirm the finish expectations.

Before painting day

A little preparation goes a long way.

Confirm the rooms and surfaces, decide on colors and sheen, discuss furniture moving, remove fragile items, and plan access for the crew. Tell us about damage, moisture issues, or areas needing special attention before work starts.

Your questions, answered.

I'm not sure which colors to choose.

Mention that when you contact Beeline so color selection can be discussed before the scope is finalized.
