RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Beeline Home Services provides customized home-improvement and property services. Because many services and materials are tailored to individual customers, refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the project.

SERVICES

Payments for services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable.

If you believe there is a problem with completed work, please contact us promptly so we have an opportunity to review and address the concern.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

Project-specific agreements may contain additional cancellation or rescheduling terms.

PROJECT DEPOSITS

Deposits may be required for certain painting, cabinetry, installation, or other projects.

Applicable deposit and cancellation terms will be disclosed in the customer's proposal, estimate, or project agreement.

CUSTOM MATERIALS

Custom-made or specially ordered items may include:

• Cabinet doors
• Drawer fronts
• Cabinet boxes
• Countertops
• Special-order hardware
• Custom finishes
• Other project-specific materials

Once custom materials have been ordered, manufactured, modified, or fabricated, amounts associated with those materials may be non-refundable.

CHANGE ORDERS

Customer-requested changes to an approved project may result in additional charges.

Refunds are generally not available for completed additional work that was authorized by the customer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS

If materials supplied by Beeline Home Services arrive damaged or defective, please notify us promptly.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate repair, replacement, or other resolution.

PROJECT-SPECIFIC AGREEMENTS

Any refund or cancellation provisions contained in a signed project proposal or contract will control over this general policy for that project.
