Cabinet Painting FAQs

How much does it cost to paint kitchen cabinets in Pensacola?

Our pricing is $175 per door and $150 per drawer front. Most kitchens with 20 to 30 doors and 8 to 12 drawer fronts come to about $4,900 to $7,400 before options like spray finishing or painted interiors.

How long does cabinet painting take?

It depends on the size of the kitchen and the number of pieces. Doors and drawer fronts are finished in our shop while we work on the frames, and you get a schedule with your written quote.

Do you spray or brush the cabinets?

Doors and drawer fronts are finished in our shop. A full spray-finish upgrade is available for $500 for the smoothest, most factory-like look.

Will painted cabinets chip?

Good prep is what makes paint last. We degrease, sand and prime every piece before finishing, and give the finish time to cure before reinstalling.

Can you paint the inside of the cabinets?

Yes. Painting cabinet interiors is a $850 add-on for a typical kitchen.

Can I do two colors, like a different island?

Yes. A second color is $300. Two-tone kitchens with a white perimeter and a colored island are one of our most popular looks.

Should I paint or reface my cabinets?

Paint if your boxes are solid and you like your door style. Reface if you want a new door style, like flat Shaker doors instead of raised panels. See our painting vs. refacing guide.

Do you need a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit reserves your spot, and the balance is due on completion.
